Well at this point David, I see no independent verification that what these people are saying is true. (Btw, slander is spoken communication, libel is written communications. Accusing me of libel would be the more appropriate choice - though neither one applies to my opinions.) The refusal to file financials is a serious red flag to me. The evasive reasons given by these people for this only add to this perception. Sure things never go the way you plan, but disclosure doesn't seem to be part of the plan to begin with. I suspect that PanAmerican Bank would likely have something to complain about with the advent of PanAmerican Bancorp. I don't see any Governmental reservation of the term Pan-American.
