There is NOTHING NEW about the NASDAQ National Market Listing issue...this same language, ALMOST EXACTLY WORD FOR WORD, was also in the 8/24/98 S-3, and the S-3/A of 10/2/98...the ONLY material difference is one sentence " the Company has received notice of non-compliance from Nasdaq and the Company intends to request a hearing with Nasdaq in accordance with Nasdaq procedures" which is included in the 11/6 S-3/A and wasn't previously part of that section of the previous filings....so what! It is not a surprise. The stock price was below $1. for a few days....now it is $4. ...I believe soon it will be much higher. If you have an issue go to the shareholder's meeting next week...listen to what they have to say and if you're not satisfied, ask your questions. If you think the stock is going lower short the hell out of it. The suggestion or thought that Marshall is a spokeman for the company is ludicrous IMHO.
