I think that's a pretty good observation and one that I would agree with. But why would you buy MCI if all you were interested in was corporate accounts? All the prior acquisitions were consistant with WCOM's business account strategy however. Long term if you believe the world will be 99% data and 1% voice, I think WCOM is the best positioned IXC and have long thought WCII would be an excellent purchase for WCOM and compliment MFS very well.
