Bought this company during the bankruptcy reorg. Got some warrants and was actually able to make a profit by selling at an average price of about 3 1/2 in mid-96. Was going through old files throwing out stuff and wanted to confirm that this company was dead. I will only post once on this board and will not revisit it so don't expect a response to any replies to this post:

This company is done. They are liquidating all of their assets and any proceeds received will only go to pay back creditors (and not in full). So, your shares are worthless and, unlike the last bankruptcy, there will not be another reorg. So, there really is no more news to anticipate. Shareholders will be getting zip. Your next move should be to claim a capital loss on your '98 tax return.
