I didn't think 1st Miracle Group had been around long enough to put 12 months between their 504s...

But 1st Miracle Pictures has been around since 1997.

What is the relationship between 1st Miracle Pictures and 1st Miracle Group..... and Magic Entertainment too....

Care to give us a brief explanation of the multitude of companies here?

With regard to 90 million outstanding - yes that's bizarre - yet 60 million are held by insiders right? So isn't this how G&G are planning to do rather well... If they could get the price above $2.00 and stabilise it there with reasonable revenues and then slowly sell their holdings into the market - then they could do very nicely. And we would too!
(Thinking of moving to $20.00 - $40.00 is just too outlandish right now to even consider - but $2.00 seems possible)

Now we have been told that the revenues from the films they are now making are what will finance the next set of films.... so if we don't see much revenue from these films then the show is over - no? I mean if G&G and private investors skim off the profits - then how will they explain the next set of films?

Why have they even created MVEE? How much did they raise? Is that the only reason - to get few million capital needed to get some films out and then skim the profits and let the public company rot?

Finally - do you think they are serious about filing with the SEC by early or middle of next year?
