Willie: I took a look at the terms on the Series D Convertible Preferred Stock. Looks like they will be able to convert at the maximum convert price of $2.08 as soon as the registration is deemed effective. This should pressure the stock towards that price over the next little while. drakes353 PS: Don't forget about those warrants. They were struck at 66 cents, they will want to bail on those as well. PPS: Isn't it amazing that RACE's stock moved up so much after the conversion price was set for the Preferred D's? It's almost like someone planned it that way. PPPS: Let's not clutter up the thread with a bunch of nonsense about how the Pref D holders "are in this for the long haul". Thanks.
