Pat,

I took today as a down day, nothing more than that. I wouldn't be surprised if we finished higher tomorrow. Tomorrow will be more revealing. I didn't like the way the bonds finished, so I closed that out, but I mention the bonds here because they'll rally when equities begin to drop again and the bonds look ready to rally.

I don't think the equities will drop straight down, if they do go lower, but will trade up and back. This will give my figures time to work off the big numbers I have right now and get me short without giving too much back.

I thought the selling today was subdued enough to appear orderly. I think we could resume higher by Wednesday. We'll see...

Later...
