Easy JT I only make the point because either one is long or one is short. Shorts want the price to go down - longs want the price to go up. Somewhere in the middle is a guy like me. If i own (long) a block of any stock, but i also have a negotiated option to put my stock to the company at a pre - arranged variable then im hedged in "market neutral" get it ? As an insider, I cannot just post the juice for the masses. Touchy Moi ? I think not ipso
