The only concerns I have now is that according to the 504 issue, this company will not be a full reporting company. This is your belief. Thus we will not know earnings per share, revenue growth. nor total debt. A call to Volk or Benz is in order. The stock is now heading down. Nothing yet has happened with the Milan Festival. Time to buy at .06 and then sale at .10. I like those returns. In my humble opinion I just do not see this stock reaching even close to $1.00 per share until we have significant "reported" revenue growth or major block buster movie. 90 million shares outstanding is going to keep this stock down for a very long time.
