Robert,

David Calkins is concentrating on getting his product out that he and his wife developed and probably put there life savings in. Mr. Calkins was probably trying to hit every avenue he could. Remember his company only became public just about 4 months ago and he has no experience in the shareholder part of it, but will learn in time. His forte was in developing a software product that is going to benefit many companies, and promoting his product by attending meetings and seminars and showing potential buyers the benefits of his product. The product will speak for itself. This company is at too early of a stage to worry about how fast things happen in terms of stock price. It will be a gradual thing that will happen. And about people pulling out because of Patrick being paid some shares to promote the company, shows there lack of DD on the company and its product. Patrick never reported anything false, but only the truth. The delays that happen were beyond his control and are normal things that happen with companies when dealing with contracts, acquisitions, etc... Patrick was not paid to promote untruths and fabrications, but to get the word out to us investors and keep us informed of developments as they occur.
