You guys are blowing smoke back and forth at each other over this $100M. While it may mean something for Belize in general, you need only look at the Pristine Development brochure to know that none of that $100M will be coming PRWT's way. Get a grip. Those houses are so far beyond the means of most Belizeans, the very Belizeans that the government is trying to secure housing for that it is laughable that they will be doing this kind of development with Affordable Housing there. In fact, what a joke the name Affordable Housing must be to the locals there. $70,000 dollar homes, in a country where labor goes for more like $10 a day. Ya gawt ahold some bad ganga there, maan.
