I have made many, many purchases from Onsale with a few bumps. I had a
3rd party Canon printer that was missing a power cord, manual, ink and drivers. The 3rd party did nothing other than refer me to Canon, who sent me a power cord and manual. I downloaded drivers, but was pretty pissed about the ink. I let Onsale know that and they simply sent me a check for $50 so I could buy it myself. That 3rd party vendor no longer offers goods through Onsale. :-)

I ran into a faulty SDRAM DIMM that they replaced no questions asked also.

This is out of dozens of items for many $1,000s both personally and for my company.

Overall, I could not be happier with Onsale as a customer. It was in fact that experience which led me to buy the stock.

I'd guess that you did fall through the cracks, but if you ever have a concern there, reach Byron Bailey <bbailey@ONSALE.com>. He is the customer service manager and I have had very successful dealings with him.

Good luck,
Duff
