News FLASH!!!!!! MVEE announces that it still has not become a fully reporting company with the SEC. However, those investors in the U.S.A. should take assurance in the "fact" that MVEE is a fully reporting company in a part of Canada. While MVEE plans to file a Report 10 after its year-end results are in, MVEE declined to give a date as to when those year-end results will be completed. MVEE also declined to provide a date as to when the Report 10 will be filed. However, MVEE understand how important it is for the investors to be informed. On that news the stock went up!!! Only in penny stocks can you get movement in a price on that kind of news.
