PRWT hit an intra day high of 4 cents per share during the Grand opening of Insider Trading a couple of weeks ago. It hit a low of 2 cents per share intra day on tuesday or a decrease of 50%. A classic dead cat bounce usually occurs shortly there after. As you can see today, the rally has fizzled with very small trades at the high on light volume. You usually get a 20-30% retrace during the Dead Cat Bounce before making the next leg lower. Unless some positive news comes out soon PRWT should test the next level of approximately 1.5 cents.
