Zeev, there is no doubt Repap is a good bargain at the current level if the Avenor Shareholders will approve the deal. However, if the Avenor Shareholders turn down the deal, then what is going to happen on Repap? I know that Repap book value is above c$4.00, but the market momemtum will drive the Repap's stock to below c$3.00 which is no doubt.

What we have to find out now is who is the majority shareholder of Avenor? If we think Repap is a very good deal at the current level, why there was hardly any block trade taking place at the current level. On the other hand, for Avenor, there were a lot of block trading took place at the $19-$21 level. So, does it mean that those big institution think the Avenor shareholder will turn down the Repap deal?! I just saw a US brokerage firm rate Repap as a strong sell last week!!

Does anybody have any good opinions on this Repap deal? I also think of buying 5 to 10 thousand shares of Repap at the current level, however, I am also concerning about those points that I have just mentioned above.
