Yes I have been told news would be out in a few days and it was not released on time. But to me the important thing was it was released. I believe I was off by two weeks on the released news below. I did call and ask why it wasn't out and was told it would be out, which it was. so I personally am not worried that news does not come out on scheduled times. I only worry when it doesn't come out at all. Now I have heard that prwt is in negotiations on several other things. I know John cut his business trip short to 3 South American countries to get back to NYC to continue on one of these deals. I have heard from several sources that this deal involves another public traded company and could be a possible merger/acquisition. When or if this will be completed I have no idea. When we will have another news releases I also don't have any idea. I talked to John S. last week a couple of times by phone. and at this point I'm not worried about my investment in prwt. I think for a company that is less than 5 mos old they have done amazingly well. As I'm long on prwt , My concerns are if they make the deal not when.
Here is the news release I was off on the time it was released. BUT IT WAS RELEASED, WHICH IS ALL I REALLY CARE ABOUT.
