I can only report what I observed, BUT they were bursting at the seams and from what Doug told me they are concentrating on service to the customer. IE no voice mail and yu get to talk to a real person when you call. also they were expanding in the building they were in and looking to move. Doug said that RMC had grown each year scince it started but had really grown this year. He was not sure just how all the divisions were going to fit but thought it would just take a little more time. He got real evasive when I pushed for any time frames so I just let it ride. I wish I could give more but that was all I could get. There was no doubt about how busy they were. But they seemed to be having fun and it was a pleasant place. not a pressure cooker Doug
