"Insider Trading is very expensive and is definately not the state of the ART system." Rosy, more unsubstantiated bashing. We all know you have never used Insider Trading so what qualifies you to give a testimonial? Also, I never said Insider Trading is available in Wisconsin. It is pending and should be available next year in the Badger State.
