Here is another example of what we noticed yesterday regarding the TICK. Notice that for the last couple of hours the SPOO has been basically flat and the TICK basically negative. Doesn't make sense. The SPOO should be dropping, but it isn't. That is showing underlying strength that I would not want to short against. I suspect that if this condition holds, the path of least resistance this afternoon will be up.
