If your working with a group of people for a number of years. And you have been doing a good Job and some hot shot manager comes in and tries to fire everyone to suit his own twisted ego. Then yes the workers have a right to organize. I made a deal with management and we called off the vote. Then 6 months down the road managment started to break promises. People wanted me to start the whole thing up again. I was not going to be put threw that again so I QUIT. Because I refused to work with men with no honor. This type of attitude does not work in the age of CLINTON> But I can sleep well at night.
