What is interesting at 1 cent per share times 750 Million outstanding shares the company would have a fair market value of 7.5 Million dollars!! I do not think Pan American has any where near 7.5 million in assets. With-out the 10Q we can only speculate. PRWT may be printing more shares to pay the Officers Salaries and daily expenses. Again, with-out the 10Q we can only speculate. How much is JOHNNY and Gang being paid? Again, with-out the 10Q we can only speculate!! I strongly believe that the 10Q is being stalled as long as possible because if it was released now, we would not like it. Best Regards
