Excellent points and what would stop PRWT from printing more shares to pay the bills and the officers huge salaries? They are definately hiding something! This is why JOHNNY continues to dance around the reverse split issues and revenue stats. I would bet that PRWT is heavily in debt especially with all of the delays and lack of revenues.
