Perhaps you would like to talk about accounting?? (what was the point of your comment again?) No I dont want to talk about accounting. I want to talk about the gross generalization that you make with regards to "Clinton Lovers, Nscp Lovers, Haters of Microsoft". You apparently feel that I fit this streotype since you felt the need to bring up my name in a third party post that I suspect you didnt think Id see. Too bad you didnt do any research into what my opinions actually are before you cheaply added my name to a post of yours. I also know people personally from Calif. who fit that "stereotype". I would wager there are many thousands of people in Calif who are liberal and hate Microsoft, and are very much on the "side" of Netscape/Oracle/Sun. Oh you would wager that. Well that seals it then. It must be true. I believe you yourself have mentioned some kind of admiration for Ellison. Well yes indeed I do have an admiration for Ellison. Gee maybe it has something to do with the fact that I was working at Oracle in the early 90s when Oracle more or less single handedly knocked IBM off of their enterprise software perch, with nothing but Ellison and a bunch of kids with less than 3 years experience. Oracle was dang impressive then and Ive got the bank account to prove it. But I am not in favor of his msft bashing, I think he lost his business himself with poor execution and hes not the leader he once was. Well gee Dwight. I cannot speak for Dan and to be honest never saw the post where he called people "dim". Hewever, the title of this thread is MSFT internet explorer vs. NSCP Navigator isnt it? So really not much is implied in that as far as preference on one side or the other is it? If you'd care to report this post to Bob, well its your call.
