Tom,

Domain registration is a fixed price $75 for 2 years. My webhost cost $20/month and that does not include electronic commerce. For that you get 60Mb of webspace and 2Gb of traffic. Very easy to set up. If you need some help let me know. I have two sites at HostPro now and they provide site management software so you don't have to learn unix to be able to maintain your site. They have a 30 day money back offer and if you pay for an entire year, they give you a price cut.

hostpro.net of click on the Hostpro button at the bottom of my website and get me a free month of hosting. ;-)

The reason I chose this provider was they were reasonably cheap, faster than most of the other cheap ones and they had pop3 e-mail addresses so I didn't have to comingle my business (read hobby) with my personal e-mail.

I did a survey in July for a friend and the results are here.

geocities.com

Hope this helps. ;-)
