Re: NASDAQ minimum price limit. This topic came up wrt another stock that I am in the unfortunate position of owning (CICI). One poster said that the stock has to be below $1 for 5-6 months before a notice comes from NASDAQ. LANPF has a couple of months to go, if this is true. Otherwise, will we see a reverse split? What other listing criteria might we be bumping up against? See: Message 6522817 Charlie.
