A Supreme Court Justice, Brandeis(I may be in error) said that to shout fire(unwarranted) in a crowded theater was not an element of free speech. To abuse the first amendment to fulfill your financial ends is akin to that when you mislead by engendering doubts in current and prospective investors with innuendo and lies for your own devices. SI does a disservice to its participants by allowing this person a platform to injure investors by his flagrant abuse of its policies. Warm Regards, Scottoo
