Scott that's the reason i shun the indicator...'INTERPRETATION"... way too many possibilities to consider... on P&F it's a simple indicator the NYSEBP(NYSE Bullish Percent), is 70% of all the stocks on the exchange advancing....if it was to reverse, than the stocks would be declining...simple!!! there are 5 other indicators that preceed this BIG Daddy... we watch tem each and every week...all of them are based in percents%%%..anything over 80% and higher is overbought, 30% or below is over sold..buy low and sell high<ggggggggg>.....simple...
