the way to deal with these situations is to relax and not try to trade them unless you are a day trader otherwise, if you work for a living buy them when they are way down and buy the leaders--like onsl, ebay, yhoo etc i bought at 22 sold 1/3 at 102 now will wait for it to drop a bit more then i will buy more this selloff could go a day or two week or two? this is a great company and now the price is more reasonable but i might wait for it to drop a bit more stop loss orders on high velocity stocks is a waste of time you stop at 100 and then sell at 50 just won't work curtis curtis
