I have used Waterhouse Securities to trade internet stocks all year. I have ONSL on margin along with NAVR, MALL and XCIT. I have had no problems buying or selling.( the one except was today:it took more than 15 minutes to execute a market order to buy shares on NAVR)

Waterhouse was quoted in a recent article to be considering raising the margin requirement. However, commonsense is in order with any internet trades so don't become overextended.
