Since I have been watching the markets, (this is a very subjective statement), it seems like tops are called by fundamenatal reasons or
reasons are found .. while bottoms or dips are spurred by usually one thing, interest rate cuts, So my call on this is, we will drift or
fall lower UNTIL a rate cut..
