I've also had a very bad and what seems a costly experience with Discover Brokerage. Yesterday they posted transactions to my account totaling about $170K that I had no clue about. I've been trying to have them fix this problem since then with no luck. No one returns my calls, nor have they cared to fix the problem. My emails, sent to 3 of their aliases, have been completely ignored. When I do get someone on the phone, they acknowledge having some computer problem on 11/30 that may have caused this mess, but, as of now, my account is still in shambles.

Also, after two days I discover (no pun intended!) that an order that clearly shows 'Cancelled'(even today it does) in my activities screen has apparently been filled. They conveniently decided to let me know this today, when the stock is trading about $30 below the price they bought it for me. Some holiday 'gift' from them!

I'm really sick of their system and their service. This experience has convinced me to move my account elsewhere. In addition, I'm exploring my options to fight back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
