but tmcs price would still affect USAI to some degree, even it is a much lesser degree, I think every shares of USAI owns 0.28 shares of TMCS ... so roughly a one point gain for USAI for every 4 points gain in TMCS ...

Yeah, if it trades 1:1 with the value of TMCS. People are finding out over at MALL that MALL is trading at something like a 30-40% discount to the UBID value. I believe MALL is handing out 0.72 shares of UBID for every MALL share within 180 days? yet the what are the prices? MALL at 30, UBID 48.

TMCS and UBID are inets, and as such the prices are affected by supply and demand, not fundamental valuation. USAI is a "normal" stock, and is mostly affected by fundamentals.. that's the difference IMHO.
