Of course, since this information is readily available on the Internet, I thought you would have found it... LOCATION: This subdivision is located 13 1/2 miles on the Northern Highway, some 100 yards on the Western side of the Burrell Boom access road. All roads leading from Belize City and the International Airport are paved highways. Driving at moderate speed (and certainly within that which the Law permits) one would be a scant 20 minutes away from Belize City, and 7 minutes from the PSW Goldson International Airport. The land is not only of the quality that will facilitate construction without the use of piles, but it is sufficiently above sea level (15 to 35 feet) to render the area devoid of natural flooding and the high tides associated with hurricanes.
