James: I think I got that ,, but it seemed that VTPI still has to do something with the GSA to have a solid contact with those other than the DOD/military. That might be wrong, I just got that feeling from conversations I have had. I did speak with someone who works for a different department of the US Government in Washington and he was thinking of speaking with the procurement department of his division to see if they know EPS and what else he could find. If he gets back to me with anything i will let you all know. CRDoug
