To Anyone:

I just got my C&W bill = $471. I was shocked. Seems I didn't see the announcement in June about 150 hours and was away for most of August so didn't pick up the change. Meanwhile, the bill was for Sept so its over 2 months old. During Oct and Nov I'm sure I had similar usage. Really have no defense because I didn't read the one important message but it seems that I could argue that by billing me 2 months after the service, I should get some reduction. Anyone else have this problem.
