When we talk about internet stock, focus on Price/Sales. ONSL absolutely undevalued compare to EBAY, AMZN, YHOO, AOL. All of inet stocks I put here are the leaders on each field: ONSL : the leader on auction EBAY : the leader on person to person AMZN : the leader on books and CD online YHOO : the leader on portal AOL : the leader on provider
Always choose a leader for safety of your invesment. Soon, the wallstreet boys will realize the big potential on ONSL and put it on their inet portfolio.
How potential for the price? If we use AOL price/sales, the lowest from the other except ONSL, we could see $9.62x15.39 = $148 Always consider about company growth which ONSL is higher than AOL in the next 2-3 years. So, I prefer to choose 40 for price/sales on ONSL and will check again after ONSL announce their sales for current quarter. By 40 on price/sales I saw $384.8. Of course it will not go directly from $37 to $384.8. Looks like we may hear stock split 3:1 after passing $150 in the near future, possibly on early or mid of January.
Remember, many analyst predicted DOW could pass 10,000 on the first quarter of 1999.
