I heard the 5 dollar crude comment too - very unlikely IMO. I feel it is making a base here and will rally. Another thing I was banking on was Galvez being elected in Venezuela. He already stated he supported more production cuts and compliance, so his election should be market friendly. Also at least by March there definately be more cuts, and possibly sooner. So further downside looks limited to me. However, a reversal of the trend hasn't been confirmed as yet, so I may be a tad early on jumping in... I did want to get a small position ahead of Venezuelan elections in case a post election crude rally ensues.
