Plain old interent service. Isn't it also bogus that they charge $.99 per hour as access charges for over 150 hours? They don't pay access fees to the local company except on a per connection basis do they?

I recently found out that my Sept bill from MCI which included internet access from July 25 - Aug 24 was billed for $19.95 and my Oct invoice for internet service from Aug 25 - 31 was billed flat rate $4.95. No detail was provided on either bill. I plan to argue that my plan never changed, therefore based on C&W emails that my pricing "will remain the same", I should be charged $19.95 until I discontinue the service which was yesterday. I think it's a strong argument notwithstanding communications they sent out which I never saw.
