All this is interesting to me. I just got my bill from Cable & Wireless, my new, unwanted ISP. They seem to have billed me twice for my internet connection. When I called up, they refunded the second bill. As far as I know, I get $19.95 unlimited service (but I've never gone over 150 hours so I'm not sure whether I have the same deal as you). If I got a bill for $400+ I would scream bloody murder. Get your refund and then sign up for Worldcom when they are allowed to solicit your business again.
