You are scaring me. If it does not worry GZ or Tom to put money at risk then what's the problem? That's the problem I had with position trades. I can't tell you how many times I got hummed on position trades. Hedging makes it worse. The damn thing stays in a range for a while and the position goes no where and the hedge decays. Drives you crazy. I understand the logic but the last two months of trying to position has convinced me that an average daytrader will out perform an average position trader so I cannot conceive of a hedge strategy. GZ and Tom will disagree, I'm sure, but that's what makes a market.
