All: My buddy who works in another Department of the Government checked with "procurement" yesterday and yes, the have heard of EPS ,, in fact they say EPS is very aggressive in their representation of the items they carry ( frequent faxes etc). His department does not happen to buy anything from EPS but hopefully that only means they have no need of the particular products they now carry. Anyway EPS is for real and does work on selling to gov. departments. Hopefully my friend can find out more as time permits him to do so. 13cents is a great springboard :-) CRDoug
