NEW YORK, Dec 11 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley Dean Witter analyst Jay Deahna said Friday he cut Cymer Inc (Nasdaq:CYMI - news) to a neutral from an outperform and cut Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc (Nasdaq:KLIC - news) and PRI Automation Inc (Nasdaq:PRIA - news) to a neutral from an outperform.

Stocks closed with CYMI at 17 5/8, KLIC at 17 9/16, and PRIA at 20 3/4.
