Chairman: The market moved up at the end of the day on the hopes that Clinton's new apology would sway congress not to vote for Impeachment... The Judiciary committee voted along party lines... So, the outcome was inevitable... Now the whole House has to vote on it... If they vote tomw, we'll know which way the market winds will blow on Monday... A vote to Impeach will take down the market on Monday... A vote not to Impeach will give the market a slight upside bias... The market internals are still negative... It will take more than an injection of Feel Good news to improve those market internals... Jim
