Here is a theory from Raging Bull of this week's trading activity -

" What you are seeing in the non-movement of the price, and the high volume, is a classic MM manipulation, along with insiders. I feel sure that in the next 2 weeks or so, maybe less you will get the information of the new COMPANY that PRWT has just purchased with restricted shares of stock, and XXX amount of dollars. The company
that PanAmerican is purchasing, I am sure is selling off HUGE amounts of shares to lower the price, then shaking shares out of the inexperienced investors, whenever people see huge amounts of shares being sold they always assume that someone is DUMPING, creating panic and more sells, lowering the price even more, this is exactly what the insiders of the new company to be want. This allows them to buy
back their shares, plus yours when you panic at a lower price than they just sold for. If PRWT is trading at 3 cents per share, the new company wouldn't get near as many shares for their business, as if the price was 1.5. Mark my words, this is exactly what's happening!!! You may even in the very near future see Pan am releasing some earth shattering news, to try and drive the price higher."

My sources tell me the same story.
