I heard this same story but it has TOO many holes in it......

the new COMPANY that PRWT has just purchased with restricted shares of stock, and XXX amount of dollars. The company that PanAmerican is purchasing, I am sure is selling off HUGE amounts of shares to lower the price

first off... where the heck did this company get approximately 30MILLION shares to sell?????... and if they'd been buying these shares up for the past month, we'd have had SOME notice... folks, the logs do not lie... I don't see this... and surely, john didn't pay these folks with shares BEFORE the transaction was complete... did he?... restricted shares???... again... where the heck did the company get these shares to SELL???... lower the price???.. how low do they want it to go???

If PRWT is trading at 3 cents per share, the new company wouldn't get near as many shares for their business, as if the price was 1.5. Mark my words, this is exactly what's happening!!!

this sounds and smells like a debenture to me.... I'm sucking wind in two other stocks of mine for the SAME deal and the SAME story....

You may even in the very near future see Pan am releasing some earth shattering news, to try and drive the price higher."

this is nice.... but with a LOT more shares in the float... it's going to take a lot to move this baby... and is this seller done???? Those of you with Level II need to closely monitor and watch the positioning of the MM's with every transaction... this will be the only way to see if they still have a fist full of shares... there were two who seemed to have an endless supply of papers....
