Well, Colleen I looked for the rule change at the SEC site, where restricted stock must be for 12 months, but I havn't found it yet. It's there, but, (I hate the Sec Database) When I have more time, I'll find it. I did a general search, and only came up with 200 documents to read, some over 300k so I'll have to narrow the search Unless someone can remember the date the rule changed
