I've been told by my broker buddy, who used to specialize in small cap companies, that they want us all to believe that these arrangements are in restricted shares for 1 to 2 years and will put out PR's stating such.... but it has been his unfortunate experience to have been duped several times.. and he's been able to trace trading volume surges to private placements... more specifically to 30, 45, 60 and 90 day surges. Additionally, he tells me that we will never be able to find anything in print about this as these are the dirty little secrets that are only known to those that make these arrangements. I'm not saying this is the case with PRWT... but we need to be open enough to discuss possible reasons why 25-30 MILLION shares showed up on our door step
