Sergio: The question of whether Clinton truly perjured himself can be determined in a criminal trial after his Presidency is up... Most knowledgeable Constitutional lawyers say the current items on the table don't rise to the level of impeachable offenses... It appears that losing 5 seats in the Congress hasn't registered with the Republican majority... Such disdain for the majority public opinion will cost them the House and Senate in 2000 unless they end this circus this week... Jim
