Mr. Cole:

It has become obvious to us that you are insane. You have on more than one occasion told the internet that you own 1.4 million shares of VTPI at an average cost of 90 cents. You are an insider, and have not filed as an insider, and therefore, anything you say here is in violation of SEC rules. You have lost a bunch of money on your investment in VTPI and the only way you can recoup your losses is to get the stock price up and it is plain to see that you will lie, cheat, and steal to get that done. We will not play into your hand because you are a liar, and a desperate one at that.

I put this into the readers hands. Ask Mr. Cole some tough questions about sales of VTPI products, the role that Mr. Ceragno's subsidiary company plays in all this, the recent press release and how much that alliance with EPS is costing the company every month, the source of the $900,000 in G & A last year, that put the company in red. Ask these questions of the ONLY vocal insider of the company.

See if you get an answer.
