Web sites are one thing, the SEC is another. The only way you can be sure with this company is when they file with the SEC. That way you at least know that if they misrepresent as they did in Belize they will be punished. Just putting stuff up on a web site is flying a little under the radar. It is not responsible, if that is all they are going to do to report. If they have the numbers, and they are audited as you say, then they should be big boys and report them like real companies do. That way you know about the capital structure, as ownership disclosure is required with the SEC, along with income statements and balance sheets. Otherwise you are doomed to always wondering what is going on when you have these 20M+ trading days like last week.
